Sand Blasting

Sand blasting strips rust, scale, old paint and stubborn coatings back to clean bare metal — the quickest way to get a component ready for primer and paint.

We blast in an enclosed cabinet, which keeps the media contained and lets us work carefully around threads, bearing surfaces and machined faces. Media and pressure are matched to the part, so heavier steel components can be cut back hard while castings and alloy parts are treated more gently.
